Making the most efficient use of an agent's time
There are many routing and scheduling solutions available on the market which can effectively build a route to optimise either time or distance. AR-12’s advanced case scoring, allocation and scheduling system goes well beyond the traditional solutions in order to overcome the unique set of problems faced by the enforcement and debt recovery industry.
As the optimal collection time window for enforcement action is limited to only a few hours each day, it is important that an enforcement agent’s day is planned so that those cases that are more likely to be recoverable are visited during that window. AR-12’s unique intelligent scoring system analyses a large range of factors, including prior contact with the debtor, previous successful and unsuccessful visit times, demographic information and previous payment history to determine both the likelihood of contact with a debtor and the likelihood of payment to build the most efficient schedule every day for every agent.
While the system firstly plans for optimal efficiency, the dynamic core of AR-12’s allocation engine is constantly monitoring and compensating for events which may affect an agent's schedule at any time. The length of each individual visit may vary considerably, depending on whether the debtor is at home, or whether property is seized and/or removed. AR-12’s dynamic allocator constantly monitors the progress during the day and adjusts schedules to ensure cases are visited at optimal times. The system monitors the status of all cases out with agents to ensure that any changes which may impact on enforcement action, such as a payment made to JBW or a client, will provide the new information to the agent, or remove the case from their schedule.
AR-12’s ability to dynamically plan for maximum efficiency and react in real time to any activity on a case allows JBW's agents to visit up to 120% more addresses each day than those of other enforcement and debt recovery companies.
