JBW recognises that through circumstances not always of their own making some customers find themselves in a position where they are less able to manage their financial affairs. This may be either a temporary issue, such as bereavement, separation or pregnancy, or may be more long term.
To support these customers, we have a dedicated, in-house welfare team that is managed independently of our operational areas. Members of this team work closely with customers to review each case individually and provide solutions such as more manageable long-term payment arrangements to help ease the burden of outstanding debts.
