Shepway Council in Kent has confirmed that JBW Group has won the Enforcement Services contract in its Revenues service.

The contract will run for two years, with potential further extensions of up to a further two. The contract forms part of JBW’s Council Tax and Business Rates portfolio.

Commercial Director, David Leach, commented:

“We are delighted to continue this important work on behalf of Shepway Council. We are now expecting to further enhance the collection processes though our innovative and customer-focused improvements.”

Business Development Director, David Graaff, commented:

“Another client in the Revenues sector is great for our business. Since starting work in this area of enforcement in 2012 JBW has been successful at winning work with over twenty Local Authorities. In the majority of the contracts won we are outperforming the other panel members on collections. Our commitment to an ethical compliance and enforcement service that is driven through advanced analytical technologies is proving to be a huge success”.
