JBW is a national company providing business process, debt recovery and enforcement services to clients across the country, ranging from Redcar and Cleveland in the north to Plymouth in the southwest. We are the largest provider to Local Government in the southeast of England, and cover over 70% of London local government. We have one of the largest enforcement teams in the country, with management and logistical support provided from regional offices in London, Lancaster and Darlington.
A full range of customer contact facilities
Our purpose built Darlington Contact Centre with intelligent call routing and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) facilities provides an easily reachable and professional contact point for debtors calling to make payments, request arrangements or make other enquiries.
A 24 hour automated telephone payment service allows customers to make payments or obtain account balance information at any time of the day, 7 days a week.
Our eCustomer online portal is the industry's most feature-rich online account management tool, allowing customers to make payments, obtain balances, set up payment plans or submit documentation relating to their case.
Our eAdvice online portal is another industry first for JBW. It provides an online tool for staff of the Citizens Advice Bureau and other debt advice agencies to help customers, especially those in vulnerable categories, manage their accounts.
Intelligent call planning and dialler systems ensure we can maximise contact with debtors to collect debts more quickly and with lower charges than other providers.
AR-12 - the UK’s most advanced case management system
In 2012 we developed and launched AR-12, the most advanced dynamic, automatic allocation, tracking and monitoring system available in the UK. AR-12 provides functionality that has not been seen in any other product within this industry. Specifically built to handle complex case and resource management, and to manage a varied portfolio of debt types, AR-12 was designed for the future.

Nationwide fleet of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) vehicles
JBW was the first company to introduce mobile ANPR technology, and today we manage one of the largest ANPR fleets in the country.
Nationwide removal, storage and sale facilities
JBW has partnership agreements with removal and storage contractors and auction houses throughout the country. A local approach to these services ensures that removals are completed in a timely manner and helps contribute to the local communities that we serve.
City & Guilds accredited training programmes
JBW recognises that training is the key to providing excellent service delivery and we were the first company in the UK to develop a City & Guilds accredited training programme for enforcement agents. We deliver classroom and field based programmes to ensure all staff have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience across all debt types.
AR-12's integrated voice recording facility uploads a recording of every enforcement visit as evidence of what is happening on the doorstep during collections. Unlike the standalone video based systems used by other companies these recordings are fully integrated into the visit record on AR-12 and available for review immediately.
