Carole has over eight years experience as an Audit and Compliance Manager. She has implemented a number of audit procedures within the business to monitor communication response times, enforcement turnaround times and SLA requirements. These have led to increased performance rates and outstanding customer care.

Carole is a certificated bailiff, a qualified member of the Enforcement Services Association and has been working within the enforcement industry for over 10 years.
