Jamie Waller, Chief Executive

Jamie has spent most of his working life within the enforcement and debt recovery industry and consequently, his knowledge is second to none. Jamie joined the industry in 1997 as a certificated bailiff and in 1998 joined the management team of the largest bailiff company in the UK as the National Operations Manager.
Jamie founded JBW in 2004 and the company has been fashioned by his vision of changing the public perception of enforcement and debt recovery. He believes firmly that the best way to revolutionise the industry is to operate transparently and be highly accountable.
Jamie is responsible for policy and the overall business strategy and vision of JBW. With his energy and industry experience, he leads the company and ensures it surpasses industry standards. Jamie is an active spokesperson in various media forums including the BBC.
