Enforcement Agents

Due to our continued year on year growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.

If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your JBW induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). We are the only enforcement company in the industry to offer this reward. We will also provide you with continuous support, training and development throughout your career with JBW.

The Process Assistant reports to the Head of Business Improvement. The position performs a range of daily administrative duties that are of a responsible and confidential nature. Care and attention to detail is important to several duties of this role to minimise risk of mistakes that could have a high impact on the business, customers or our clients.

Trainee Enforcement Agents

Position: Trainee Enforcement Agents
Location: Wigan, Warrington, St Helens, Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster, Rotherham, and Sheffield

Realistic earnings of £60k once qualified, this position is a field based role learning the necessary skills to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent.

If you are self-motivated, enjoy being part of a successful team and are committed to helping people, why not consider our award winning Trainee Enforcement Programme. Lasting for approximately 8 weeks, you will be paid a salary and have the opportunity to earn commission throughout the training period. Successful completion of the course results in a level 2 equivalent qualification in Taking Control of Goods and a guaranteed contract with JBW Group.

This role provides administrative HR support to the business. You will be primarily responsible for the end to end recruitment process for both internal and external staff.

Senior Process Assistant

Position: Senior Process Assistant
Location: Darlington
Salary: Dependant on experience

The Senior Process Assistant reports to the Head of Business Improvement, and will be the technical lead and technical escalation point of the Process department and will become the most experienced person in the Process team. This person performs a range of daily administrative duties that are of a responsible and sometimes confidential nature. Care and attention to detail is important for these duties to minimise risk of mistakes that could have a high impact on the business, customers and clients.
