Due to our continued year on year growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.

If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your JBW induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). Realistic earnings of £60k once qualified, this position is a field based role learning the necessary skills to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent.

This position is part of the Business Development Team based in our London office. The Senior Bid Writer is responsible for research, writing & design of tender responses, proposals, presentations and supporting material, in order to win and retain business for the company.

Human Resources Assistant


This role provides administrative HR support to the business and ensures an efficient and effective secretarial, administrative and clerical service as part of the HR Team. The successful candidate will also undertake other tasks as required as part of this team. The role is permanent full time working 35 hours Monday - Friday based in Darlington and reports to the Head of HR.

  • Processing travel, invoicing, purchase orders etc as required
  • Provides administrative support and general assistance to the HR Team on a range of activities
  • Undertake HR Administration activities linked to starters and leavers, general HR Admin, updating and maintenance of people related systems, recruitment, training, payroll, benefits etc
  • Ensuring office supplies are ordered as required
  • Arranging meetings, travel, accommodation and diary engagements
  • Dealing with Finance and purchase orders for the department
  • Respond proactively to queries received by HR either verbally or in writing
  • Administration of emails, correspondence, telephone calls and electronic filing
  • Organise equipment and vehicle requirements for new and existing staff
  • Identify and highlight upcoming probation reviews to line managers
  • Administration of the holiday process
  • Input, update and maintain the HR database accurately
  • Manage HR documentation in line with GDPR
  • Handling of all employee correspondence i.e. invite to probation, successful probation, resignation acceptance etc

Debt Recovery Agent

Position: Debt Recovery Agent
Salary: £18,000 per year

Description: This role is based in Darlington and will report to the Contact Centre Team Leader and Contact Centre Manager. You will be responsible for the handling of all telephone queries in order to maximise collections for JBW Group. This position will be on a shift pattern 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday,9am-1pm Saturday and Sunday 10am to 1pm.
