Training & Development

Our comprehensive staff training and development programmes are fundamental to JBW’s success as a compliant, effective service provider. JBW was a pioneer in developing the first City & Guilds accredited enforcement training in the industry and continues to lead in the delivery of both classroom and field based training to meet the evolving challenges of our social and legislative environments.

Agent support and a progressive, customer-focused culture have led JBW to become a two-time winner of the prestigious “Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For” award, with a special commendation from judges for our commitment to training and development.

Enforcement Agents

As well as covering the important technical and legal aspects of working as an Enforcement Agent, our EA programme is designed to equip you with the skills and understanding necessary to become an ethical and successful professional.

The programme includes a mix of classroom training, field experience with experienced senior agents and online training modules to suit all types of learners.

We continue to support all attendees who achieve certification at the end of the programme with one-to-one mentoring with an experienced agent, and continuous development plans to ensure our agents continue to exceed industry best practice.

As part of our added value service offering to all clients, we offer a range of workshops and seminars to client staff at no cost.
