Rundles acquired by JBW Group

Rundles acquired by JBW Group, enhancing JBW's presence in the Midlands region and across the UK, establishing JBW as the fastest growing enforcement company in the UK, whilst also growing the UK operations of multi-national parent, OUTSOURCING Inc.

May 2019 - JBW Group Limited has today announced it has fully acquired the shares of Rundles, with funding provided by OUTSOURCING Inc. ( Rundles will benefit from joining a team of leading sector specialists leveraging effective technology, secure cloud infrastructure, advanced analytics and back-office support services.

Founder Chris Rundle commented "Bernard and I are very pleased that the business has been acquired by JBW Group, as we are confident that Nick Tubbs and his team will be custodians of the Rundles heritage and are best placed to support the business to achieve its growth potential".

As part of this transaction, Bernard Gover, Chris Rundle and Hilary Butler, will retire from the business.
