Enforcement Agents

Due to our continued year on year growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our enforcement team.

If you are an existing Certificated Enforcement Agent, we will start issuing you work as soon as you have completed your JBW induction. In addition to generous commission rates, we will also pay you an additional commission payment for confirming that debtors have gone away (GANT). We are the only enforcement company in the industry to offer this reward. We will also provide you with continuous support, training and development throughout your career with JBW.

Salary: £19,200 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience

Human Resources Assistant

Position: Human Resources Assistant

Salary: Up to £23,000

This role provides administrative HR support to the business and ensures an efficient and effective secretarial, administration and clerical service as part of the HR Team and can undertake other tasks as required as part of this team.

Trainee Enforcement Agents

Position: Trainee Enforcement Agents
Location: Wigan, Warrington, St Helens, Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster, Rotherham, and Sheffield

Realistic earnings of £60k once qualified, this position is a field based role learning the necessary skills to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent.

If you are self-motivated, enjoy being part of a successful team and are committed to helping people, why not consider our award winning Trainee Enforcement Programme. Lasting for approximately 8 weeks, you will be paid a salary and have the opportunity to earn commission throughout the training period. Successful completion of the course results in a level 2 equivalent qualification in Taking Control of Goods and a guaranteed contract with JBW Group.

Debt Recovery Agent

Position: Debt Recovery Agent

Salary: £18,000

You will be responsible for the handling of all telephone queries in order to maximise collections for JBW Group.

Senior Bid Writer

Position: Senior Bid Writer
Location: London
Salary: £50-55k + depending on experience

This position is part of the Business Development Team based in our London office. The Senior Bid Writer is responsible for research, writing & design of tender responses, proposals, presentations and supporting material, in order to win and retain business for the company.

Process Assistant

Position: Process Assistant
Location: Darlington
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

The business process team (“Process”) design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes specified by the management team that deliver the service to our clients and customers. The team is responsible for maintaining correct operation of our system. They monitor and ensure that business processes happen correctly, respond to alerts from the system and they investigate and resolve problems.

Process Apprentice

Position: Process Apprentice
Location: Darlington
Salary: £250 per week

The Process Apprentice reports to the Head of Business Improvement. The position performs a range of daily administrative duties that are of a responsible and confidential nature. The business process team (“Process”) design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes specified by the management team that deliver the service to our clients and customers.
